How big are your junk removal trucks and rental dumpsters?
Our purple dumpsters and trucks have a capacity of 16 cubic yards. They measure approximately 12' x 7.5' x 5', and can conveniently fit in your driveway, or gravel parking lot. That’s big enough to hold close to 100–120 full bags of trash, or seven pickup trucks worth of junk. That translates to roughly 5,000 lbs. (2.5 tons) of junk.
Do I need to be home at the time of service?
We can perform your junk removal service while you are at work or out of the house. Simply put your items outside and make sure they’re accessible. Tell us where they are, and exactly what you want us to take. We will come by to remove your junk and send you an invoice that can be paid online.

Do you just throw everything away?
No, we are dedicated to being as green and eco-friendly as possible with all our junk removal. That means we recycle and donate everything we can on every single job.
Will you come inside the house to remove my items?
We are happy to come inside your home to remove your items. In fact, we do it all the time. However, being vampires, we cannot enter your home without you inviting us in first.
Do you take credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards. We can take a credit card in person or over the phone. We can also send you a link to pay online through your desktop computer or mobile device.
What kind of items are you not able to take?
Wet paint (we can take dried paint and empty paint cans). We also cannot take anything hazardous or flammable such as propane or compressed gas tanks. We do not take dirt or mud at this time.
Do you take yard waste and remove yard debris?
Yes. However, it is helpful to collect yard waste in piles and ensure large items like stumps or tree trunks are cut to reasonable sizes we can lift.
Do you take construction debris?
Yes. We accept many kinds of construction waste and debris. Please keep in mind that we can only take a certain amount of cement, bricks, shingles, and other heavy items.
